From the SD Highway Patrol report: Troopers Fox, Stauffacher and Mez assisted the Belle Fourche Police Department with a crash in Belle Fourche. A passenger of a motorcycle fell off the back as it accelerated away from a stop sign on a city street. The driver of the motorcycle did not return to the passenger and was reported to be drunk by witnesses. He turned himself in the following day.
